Summary: Delayed checking-in due to their computer maintenance. Power outage in the morning during checkout time. No printed invoice was given. Left email and phone. No invoice was received as promised. Had to call directly to this location which was major hassle since all calls goes to call center. Got the number from call center. Had to make another call to get my receipt. What a major pain it was. Please don’t make your problems my problem.

Summary: No hot water in room. Luke warm. When we notified them at check out they said aware and system is struggling waiting on replacement parts. Some rooms have hot water and others don't. They failed to tell us at check in and did not offer a discount or apology. There was also a power outage in the morning. This is clearly not their fault or related to the hot water issue!

Summary: Very nice, quiet, bed was very comfortable. Coffee was good but could have gone better with a donut or some sort of breakfast. Lounge has been closed for some time but overall was a good rest stop. Thank you.

Summary: This an old hotel and reflects it. Very dated. Very large facility but no working restaurant or bar. The hotel is dead. No sense of activity or excitement. Felt more like the hotel in The Shining. It seems to be a hotel that is just waiting for someone to do something. Room was clean. Bed was fine

Summary: One room was clean, the other had a bathroom with orange spots on the walls and ceiling. The toilet leaned to the side which was good for some laughs. There was a snake at the entry door, not a fan. The restaurant was closed down. It was ok, but not great. The beds were clean and actually comfortable.

Summary: Nice clean room, no upgrades as seen in other older places. No coffee pot in rooms, but spacious with a beautiful view. Needs new shower head but room is clean and beds were comfortable.

Summary: It was perfect for what we needed. We had fun at the pool and the rooms were clean and cool. Would’ve given 5 stars, but there was no breakfast and we had to ask for another roll of TP. Other than that we had a great stay.

Summary: It’s so sad to see this hotel in Pendleton deteriorated, used to be THE premier place. The price is good and it’s always an easy check in process. The staff are happy and friendly.
