Positive: The bed was wonderful and the location beautiful. The restaurant is great with reasonable prices.

Negative: Seems like every year their room prices increase and then they want to charge 25.00 to check in an hour early!

Positive: The location on the river was excellent. This is what drew us there, along with the lodge’s website.

Negative: We had been excited about the advertised fire pits on the patio of the restaurant, along with the beach. Neither of those were as advertised. 1) the patio closed at 9:00 pm. With the sun setting at 8:33, it did not give enough time to enjoy a fire.- And, we found no fire pits on the beach

Negative: Restaurant was not open on a Sunday night. It would’ve been good if they had sent an email about that previous.

Positive: The room size was plenty, clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and accommodating. We arrived very late. The restaurant had excellent food and our waitperson was very personable and helpful.

Negative: It was foggy so our view was poor.. not controllable.
