Positive: Very friendly staff, comfy rooms.

Negative: A little hard to find (only one sign at the street but several buildings in the backyard without singning) and the bathroom was a bit stuffy

Positive: I booked a room with a view I was put in a box room with just one little window. I went down to see the receptionist and she said it was Booking.coms fault as there were no rooms with a view. I had arrived late so I didn't argue. The next morning I was talking to some Germans at breakfast and they said what great rooms they had with big windows etc. I spoke to one of the people there and got the room I had booked originally. So beware if you book a room with a view. After being moved I could not fault the hotel. This is the reason I am not giving it 10 stars makes me wonder how many times the receptionist does this.

Positive: Bkfast was wholesome and good, with prompt service, I gave some suggessions which were attended to. 5th Floor rooms and the common area are nice and airy with plenty of daylight. I enjoyed my stay, could be better

Negative: The clealiness/ Hygiene of the common area / dining table need improvement. Similarly some of the amenities (beverages/ bathroom amenities) need improvement

Summary: Satisfactory stay here in Centra location with comfortable rooms and attentive staff

Positive: Everything was almost to perfection. Nice breakfast and good mannered staff. Very nice location. The best part was the maintenance of the property very neat and clean .Must visit

Positive: The location was great. The room was spacious. The checkin and check out was prompt and smooth. The food was nice and homely but you need to inform regarding the food before 4.00 pm, otherwise you will have to order it from outside via zomato or swigy.

Negative: The bed lenin and quilts etc were clean n comfortable but wish the upholstry, curatins, bedcovers were as clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner and there was a need to air the room. There was a damp smell about the place. Its an average experience
