Positive: The cottage has everything you need, is clean and comfortable. The sofa in the lounge is the one exception where you can feel the wood when sitting through the upholstery. The hot tub was fully utilised, the fresh flowers and welcome pack on arrival a very nice touch. The cottage is set back off the road, very quiet and private with good parking. The enclosed garden was great to contain our dog. The cottage is accessed off a road leading to a quarry. The road itself becomes a cloud of dust when traffic passes. To avoid this when walking my dog, I drove a few minutes to the church car park in Blankney and walked my dog from there. We took half a day to explore historic Lincoln and had an excellent Greek meal at the Royal Oak Scopwick in the next village, just 5 mins drive by car. We had a great few days away and would recommend it.

Positive: A beautiful cottage on a quiet, country lane. Not overlooked, own outdoor space with hot-tub, barbecue, patio furniture. There was even a washing line if you wanted to do any washing whilst you were there...

Negative: Nothing.....

Summary: One of the best cottages I have stayed in - and I've stayed in quite a few!
