Step right off the living area deck and onto the walkway to the beach, toes in the sand in four minutes! You will enjoy fantastic ocean views from both the bedroom and living area, each offering their own private deck. This condominium has been updated throughout, with upgraded flooring and lighting fixtures, a new HVAC system (late 2018) and a renovated kitchen. In the bedroom, the king bed invites sweet dreams and opens onto a private ocean front deck for enjoying the stunning view. There is a 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom. A combined living dining area boasts a sleeper sofa, two armchairs big enough to curl up in, and a 32" flat screen television. Kitchen upgrades include a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, glass top stove, granite counter tops and updated lighting. Lots of books for your enjoyment including novels, nature, and cookbooks. This condominium will not disappoint!
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

The prices for these are listed below and will be requested as additional funds after you book. Access to the island is not possible without said vehicle gate pass. Summary: We come to Harbor Island several times a year and have never had a bad experience. This cindo was clean, had all the kitchen items that we needed and had a beautiful view. Very close to the beach and the pool. The bed was very comfortable and a bonus deck off of the bedroom offered privacy and a place to relax. The main deck off of the living room had a table and 4 chairs so having a meal outside was an option. Two comfy rocking chairs offered a place to sit and relax in the evenings. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Summary: Perfect for my wife and I. Love the view and the easy access to the boardwalk and riverfront / beach.The unit was clean at check in. Harbor Island is a well taken care of nice development. The folks at Sea Island Rental were easy to communicate with and great to work with. We look forward to returning.

Summary: Overall the property needs some updates and improvements. Any recent updates are already showing signs of wear and tear- floorboards, tile, appliances, etc. Walls are thin- we heard people walking and dragging furniture around above us every morning/night. The photos are flattering. Sofa, bed linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes etc are worn and random. Location close to the beach is as described. More comfortable furniture on the decks to lounge would be a nice addition.

Summary: Condo nice location not a long walk to beach. Living couch needs updated. Floor in master bed floor has some slops and lose tile when you walk on them. Other than that a great stay.

Summary: This is a great place to stay if you enjoy a quiet beach with a nearby park. This particular building faces the ocean and has beautiful views. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished.

Summary: The condo was fantastic! Gorgeous view. Super easy beach access. A kitchen with pots and pans etc that made cooking easy. Very clean. Very nice furnishings. Even when a small hiccup happened because the gate person hadn’t read their email and prepared our parking pass, the management of the condo was very quick to get it resolved and we were delayed only five minutes in checking in. Couldn’t be happier with this place and can’t wait to come back again!

Summary: This vacation was nice but as advice, i would plan around the high/ low tides. The low tides are extremely low & limit beach activity. That may be a good time to head to the pool.
