The comfort and attention to detail made our time there truly relaxing, and the overall beauty of the property exceeded our expectations. Overall, highly recommended for those who value space, style, and comfort in their holiday stay!

Negative: The only downside is the location. While the villa is stunning, the surrounding beaches are rather average compared to other parts of Greece. If you’re looking primarily for comfort, and a gorgeous home to unwind in, this place is unbeatable. If pristine beaches are your top priority, you may want to keep this in mind.

Negative: The AC wasn't as good as it should be. Although the stuff tried truly to fixed it, it was still not as good.

Positive: This place is simply stunning. Ultra-modern yet in keeping with its surroundings. It has every comfort you might need, and is incredibly well-equipped. The location is amazing - right on the sea and close to the charming village of Leventochori with its choice of tavernas. Also only about 15-20 minutes’ drive from the town of Pyrgos where there are supermarkets and other shops/restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Negative: Nothing. This is perfect.

Positive: Very new with a beautiful view. Exercise and recreation equipment was a nice touch. The longer we stayed, the better we appreciated the location.When we had trouble with the stove, management was there and had it fixed before it could interfere with meal preparation. Very impressive.

Negative: The Hvac system did not properly cool the house. upper bedrooms never reached an acceptable temperature. The basement was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, but one was just beds in a recreation room.

Positive: Amazing location, with a direct view of the sea. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The villas are new, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The tennis court was a plus. There are clean, nice beaches five minutes away. It is the perfect spot for a large family gathering.

Negative: We were there before the official season starts, I recommend asking in advance what is opened and what activities are offered. The gym was closed, which was a disappointment for our group since we didn’t know about it in advance. There are no nets on the windows/door to the patio, and we had a lot of mosquitos and bugs come in. The pools are not heated, so if you arrive before the hot summer months, take that into account.
