Summary: This property was the absolute best! It was comfortable, VERY clean and all communications with the owner were so easy. It has everything you would need for an extended stay and the kitchen was amazing! I highly recommend you try it out! It can not be beat!

Summary: This rental is one of the best rentals that I have stayed in for many reasons, but I’ll just list the top ones. It was quiet, very clean (no smells or fragrances), safe, very modern with beautiful decor/appliances/furniture, the beds were extremely comfy with lots of pillow options to choose from, big kitchen and well stocked to bake/cook (which I need to cook all my meals so I felt it provided all the necessary cooking tools etc), the owner was very responsive and considerate to my unique needs of not having any harsh chemicals/fragrances/soaps due to my asthma and allergies. My sister enjoyed the hot tub and we enjoyed the back patio area (plus a picnic table) which is very inviting for either morning reading and sipping coffee/tea or hanging out at night with the solar string of lights and solar tiki torches that we’re actually bug zappers (we’ll be looking for those to buy for our homes ;) you can’t go wrong with renting this place. If you forget toiletries, it was stocked with items you may need. I also like how this home is laid out. The big sliding barn doors add a lovely touch to the place and can close off your room or the kitchen to block out any noise or distractions. The TVs worked great with access to Amazon if you need to watch a lil tv. We felt very comfortable and fortunate to find this rare gem in the RM area! We will be back when visiting family again.

Summary: This farm cottage is a great find. Beautiful setting on a farm with convenient access to Smith Mountain Lake and other areas. The cottage is updated with all the amenities a traveler needs. Very nicely decorated and super clean. Hot tub and fire pit ready to go.

Summary: Property was very clean and inviting. The house supplied everything you could need and the host was amiable and quick to answer any questions. Most of all, we appreciated the fact that our two dogs were allowed to come also. The firepit looked invitig, but due to rain, we didn't get to enjoy that.Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage to travelers as it is centrally located between SML and the Harvester Performance Theater. Kudos to Taylor.

Summary: We had a last-minute opportunity for a weekend getaway to Smith Mountain Lake and came across Taylor’s listing—so glad we did! The place was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal, which was a huge plus. The location is also amazing—peaceful and perfectly situated to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Taylor was responsive and made everything super easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!
