Summary: Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home. It was well stocked with everything we needed, very spacious and clean. The view from the patio and backyard was more beautiful than the pictures. So many birds to watch and listen to…such a tranquil and serene escape. We had a lot of events to attend because our son was getting married so we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks. We would definitely stay there again. We had other family members stay at other vacation homes in the area and everyone agreed this home had the best layout and views. We definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying there. Absolutely wonderful!

Summary: Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again.

Summary: We really loved the house and location. I would suggest to the property owners that they either speak with the concierge or they themselves check supplies. Several lights were out, we ran out of paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. We had to go buy our own dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher pods and hand soap. I realize that we have to provide some things but that seemed like a lot to have to provide ourselves. The only other issue I would advise be looked into, was that the half bath had a strong sulfer-like odor and the ceiling had lots of cobwebs. However, the home itself was spectacular and fit our stay/needs for our family get-together.
