Positive: The unit itself was perfect! Spacious and equipped with all amenities for a short stay. Ideal for families, even with kids.

Negative: It would have been a perfect 10, but we were left waiting for hours outside in the cold with my senior father and a toddler. The temperature in Tagaytay at the time was around 19–21°C. I had informed them in advance that we would arrive by 5:00 PM, yet we were only able to access the unit at 8:00 PM. Imagine? We had to actively look for ways to contact the host, as the phone number listed was unreachable. I even asked the building receptionist and Booking.com support to help us reach the host. Eventually, I managed to contact someone via Facebook and asked her to reach out to the host on our behalf. The shame, stress and effort we have to endure. Additionally, the listing states that parking is available, but there is no guarantee. This specific unit does not have an assigned parking slot, and guests have to rely on the availability of building parking. If none is available, street and mall parking is the only option. But due to the busy streets of Tagaytay, it was very difficult to find a spot, and I had to drive around multiple times just to secure parking. I even had informed the host right after booking, along with my check-in time, that I would need one parking slot. The host did offer an extended check-out time as compensation, which we appreciated. However, this did not really help in our case, as we were unable to check in right away on the first day and didn’t had the time and energy to explore. We had to leave early the following day in order to enjoy the city. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient and stressful, especially given the circumstances.

Positive: The place ambience is very relaxing and clean, just a short walk to Serin mall, smooth check in. The owner is responsive and helpful during our stay and after we checked out.

Positive: -very accessible to many places like malls, restaurants, markets, etc. -free snacks and drinks -free of use of kitchen wares and utensils -free clean towels and toiletries -with extra foam for the kids to sleep on -free of use of board games and karaoke

Negative: We waited more than an hour at the lobby before the host gave me a go signal to go in the unit. At first we thought that we’ve been scammed coz no one was responding to my calls and texts. Be careful not to lose one of their towels coz you’re gonna have to pay for it. 350php for a hand towel. They don’t have a place to hang wet towels, other than the bathroom which is no good coz it won’t dry the wet towel. I suggest they put a towel rack with clips in the balcony to dry wet towels? Idk. You should also bring your own hair blower coz theirs is too small and old. One more thing, they will ask you for a security deposit of 2k php beforehand.

Summary: It was good but can be improved.

Clean, spacious, adequate facilities to make your stay fun, relaxing and comfortable. 4. As advertised, everything listed is on point, exceeds our expectation. 5. Centrally located, walking distance to malls. Highly recommended, my family loves the unit and would like to stay here again, memorable new year celebration 🎉 thanks to Ms. Diane and Rachelle for your assistance 💕

Negative: 1. The view from the balcony is a construction site. 😔(If you are looking for taal view lake, this is not for you but if you want a relaxing stay, it is excellent ) 2. No parking space, either pay at the mall for overnight parking or request the caretaker to find one for you, both P350.
