Summary: Staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for Christmas and the extra touches for the holiday were very thoughtful. The Christmas Eve dinner was great food and fun live music by the pool/beach.

Summary: Two large pools, well planned, one extra for kids, directly at the beach. No beach merchants, calm and polite personnel. Family friendly, per friendly! Overall a clean hotel with dining options. Relatively separated from the ’city’ thus use a taxi or just rely on the onsite services.

Summary: We LOVE the Marriott Rayong, and have been going for years, but this is the 2nd time visiting that the Lagoon pool (the kids pool with waterslides) has been under construction. We were not informed before our stay that it would be unusable, and because we booked through Hotels.com, the Marriott said they could not change our booking.

Summary: All the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection is very, very good. The food in the restaurant is rather modest and below average. Everything looks very good, it just doesn't taste good.

Summary: Was exactly as the guide and the photos portrayed. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel grounds but the hotel itself was excellen. The Fishbar was a little expensive but the food was really nice. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break

Summary: The reason I gave 1stars on condition were 2 Major issues. 1. after check in and get into the room , I use the Toilet and it won’t flush! Call tech to fix he almost an hour and give up. so we got the room changed. This took almost 2hrs. Wasted our time. But the hotel gave us late check out and a plate of fruit for apologies. 2. This is the most serious issue. I hear a strange noise on my headboard and found a big bee fly around the headboard with lamp. I use a tower to grasp. them and take them out. After lay down on the bed. I heard that sound again. And I found the 2nd Bee again Now call staff to take them out I can‘t imagine how bad luck we are for the 2 issues on this one night visit 5stars hotel in my country.
