Positive: It was in a good location, close to where we wanted to go.

Negative: Did not like the skylight at all in the room that I had or the room that my son had 37&38. If I had known about that earlier I would have asked to change rooms. The aircon was loud,(had to have it on all night coz it was hot n humid), My daughter and her family's room #26, the Air con upstairs was not working, the windows upstairs did not open, it was just too hot for them upstairs, so they all crammed downstairs.

Positive: Space in the family house was good it gave option to go upstairs to give time out for the kids Allowing us to be ourselves Love the beds It was great for our families to stay much appreciated and having extended family allowing to visit us

Negative: Maybe the dishes weren't clean on arrival. I had to re wash them. Upstairs toilet sliding door was hard for the kids to slide across needed help

Negative: A bit run down and not as clean as it could be . Sheets ok but blanket was not used because I doubt it’s changed for every guest

Positive: They got way better since my last visit in March, specially with room renovations. They were also super helpful with our request to be far from smoking rooms/areas. Well done! <3

Negative: My bathroom didn’t have a hairdryer like last time, but it wasn’t a huge problem, just something to keep in mind for next time!

Negative: I think the stair case needs amending as there were a couple of the steps that wasnt safe as the wood has slipped out of place & can be very dangerous when wet.
