Summary: Contact with the hotel prior to our stay was helpful, resolving an issue. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were helped with our luggage. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast menu had a good variety and breakfast was nicely cooked. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Summary: It was lovely, unsurprisingly sleeping in a different bed, there was some trouble sleeping, but the room, hotel, breakfast, owners, were all great.

Summary: When you see reviews that say 10/10 Exceptional, half of you doesn't quite believe, the sceptic in me certainly didn't. But I was blown away by this hotel. Chris and Caroline were exceptionally friendly, the Hawkstone beer was a treat and breakfast was superb. The hotel was immaculate and Ideally located for town. Perfect. My only disappointment was that they are fully booked for when I return in September.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Ravilious – Chris and Caroline are warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. It was the perfect base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding countryside. Our room was spotlessly clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding with so much choice, including vegetarian options, and all beautifully prepared and delicious. We also really appreciated the local restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit again soon.

Summary: We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay at the Ravilious more. The hosts were very welcoming and a wealth of helpful information for hikes and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
