Positive: The hospitality of personel is splendid. Spa area of high quality. Amazing food with exlamation mark put on desserts.

Negative: Rooms are on the small side, the biggest disappontment of the stay - it was too late to switch after arrival as the hotel was fully booked. Ski locker also small, not coping with full booking

Summary: Great family skiing stay, next time will book a suite.

Positive: Perfect location just next to the marivelle 900m ski lift. So nice SPA and outdoor pool. Also the staff were so nice and friendly. Honestly this was one of the best hotel experience in the last years.

Negative: The 3 person room was very small and the bed was really short that even my little sister couldn’t fit in.

Summary: Excellent, everything was perfect and would recommend go everybody!

Positive: The outside of the building looks dated but the inside is updated. Rooms were clean & the restaurant provided dinner & breakfast, both delicious!

Negative: Restaurante buffet feels a bit cheap and the experience a bit “industrialised”. We had to ask for the music to be stopped at 22:30, super loud in the room.
