Positive: Goog price, garage, comfortable beds, washing machine
Negative: Very small kitchen, there was an electric kettle but no free socket to plug it in (the owner delivered the extension cord which helped), the table was sticky (but it was clean, my guess is that it was sticky because it's old - it would be great to cover it with tablecloth or replace it with a new one)
