Positive: The roof terrace and the location are great. The general design of the conversion from an old set of flats was very good and interesting. Although it was 72 steps up to the front door it was not too hard going even for a 75 year old codger like me.

Negative: The lighting system seemed as if it was devised by someone who preferred the dark! It seemed to work sometimes but you couldn’t guarantee it. Interesting! Tico who attended the handing over of keys was very good and organised. I turned up early and he managed to organise getting me access well before I should have. Without him I don’t know how I would have managed.

Summary: Great area. Great Flat. Great range of restaurants cafes and supermarkets on the doorstep.

Positive: The property is located right next to a big boulevard with a lot of communication means like tram and bus . It's very easy to get to the city center even by walking. The apartment is comfortable and furnished with stylish little bit retro furniture which I liked very much. The attic and the balkony gives very romantic vibe. You can see the whole city from the terrasse. There is cutlery and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably. The host Rodrigo was very nice and helpful on arrival.

Negative: I liked everything. The only problem might have been that there is no AC in there. But the weather was not that warm so no issue for us.

Positive: - The apartment could be perfect if it was held cleaner and if a craftsmen would get a 2-days job to repair all that needs a repair - very spacious rooms - nice and professional conversation

Negative: - many things are not well cleaned (dishes, kitchen, frigo, interior) - many things don´t work, or are partly damaged (kitchen furniture, windows, window handles, blinds) - the terrace could be nice if it would be renovated and the bars repainted - regarding to the current condition, the price is far too high - no air-conditioning - most of the light-switches are not in use - lot of useless decor things around - stair-railing stands dismantled in the corner - many of those defects are also described in former ratings, what means, that the owner doesnt care enough
