Positive: It was great! Photos don't do justice! Had a great view from the living area. The place was massive and clean! The fans were enough even with the hot weather. Would definitely go back if we ever came back to Lisbon!

Negative: Its on the 3rd floor with no lift so just be aware when you book.

Positive: The apartment is in a very nice, central location. There is no elevator as indicated in the description. The space is huge. There are three bathroom which are very small, however there are only TWO SHOWERS. This is a big issue for larger groups. One of the bathroom with shower has a tub, The second has a shower only. It is far from the sleeping area and poorly ventilated. The shower pressure is good.The furniture is all from Ikea. The beds are comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided and there is a great cross breeze. The wifi signal is string throughout the apartment which as I said before is very large. There is one coffee maker that uses a type of capsules that is not Nespresso type. I asked for a drip coffee maker. They showed good intentions to get one but they did not have one. They allowed us to leave our bags in the flat before check-in time, which was very helpful. All things considered a pleasant and comfortable stay but the shower situation can be a problem for a larger group.

Positive: Loved the location and the natural light. The communal spaces were fab for bringing together a big group!!

Negative: The floors were very noisy when walked on, so when attempting me be quiet as other guests / the residents on the floor below were sleeping it was really difficult. Other than that, everything was great!

Summary: Had so much fun and a gorgeous city!!

Positive: The size of the apartment was great, and just as described. It was an excellent location, really close to the metro and trams.

Negative: The noise travelled easily within the apartment block due to wooden floors everywhere.

Our amazing host Tomás gave us lots of advice about the area and activities to do which made our trip even better including bars, restaurants and how to get around.

Positive: The apartment was so clean and tastefully decorated. There was more than enough space for our group of 16 adults celebrating my mums 60th. The facilities were great and we all felt right at home. The Location was perfect! Close to the metro and bus links. Also great restaurants nearby so we didn't have to go far at all.

Negative: Can't be helped, but being on the top floor of the building was hard work. There is one neighbour who was easily disturbed by any noise on the stairs.

Summary: overall an amazing stay in a beautiful apartment, i will definitely come back.
