Summary: Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, well organized, and truly offered 5 star facilities and services. The breakfast was complete and delicious, and all the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend using the rooftop pool, gym, and spa. Overall, everything was perfect!

Summary: Nice premises. Pool area can be a bit crowded, but very nice views. Spa was somewhat limited, with a non-functioning steam room. Breakfast was super nice, with a large selection. A bit pricey compared to other hotels.

Summary: Everything was spectacular from rooms amenities, staff , food. Only complaint I have was housekeeping. Numerous locations we called for clean towels and water, but never received it. Housekeeping did not speak English. Therefore we had to call housekeeping on the phone and then they would not bring the towels or the sheets for 5 to 6 hours after we had requested, even after complaining about this, it continued throughout the whole trip.
