Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for large groups. We had our family and their friends 12 total all stay for an extended weekend. The property is amazing. There is volleyball, beautiful pool, hot tub, large accommodative table with a grill. There are many natural large fruit trees on the property to admire. The houses were all clean and the beds were super comfortable. Overall stay I would give 10/10. I look forward to rebooking as soon as I find out the dates I need!! Will definitely tell everyone I know about this property.

Summary: This was our first time booking a place for 15 people, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot than the Decadent Compound! With two large families, we wanted to stay close without feeling crammed into one house or split up across hotel rooms. The layout of this property was absolutely perfect.The compound sits on about an acre of fully fenced-in land with a pool and hot tub right in the center, surrounded by five separate homes. It gave us the ideal mix of togetherness and privacy. The girls stayed in the largest house, which had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—plenty of space for them to spread out. Each set of parents had their own cozy one-bedroom, and the boys took over the two-bedroom. We even kept one home empty just to host breakfast together—it worked out beautifully.We spent our days swimming, barbecuing, playing volleyball, paddle ball, and billiards—all without ever leaving the property! The location in Hollywood Park was great too—not far from the beach and with a nice park right across the street (though we never needed it because the compound had everything).It truly felt like our own private resort. We made amazing memories here and would 100% book again!

Summary: We rented this compound for my mom's 60th birthday celebration and it was perfect! We had a group of 15 so this was the perfect size! The pool is much larger than most VRBO's we have ever stayed at which was great since we had so many people to accommodate. The property managers were responsive and also helped us book a yacht cruise during our stay, which was AMAZING! Each house was fully stocked with everything you needed. I don't believe any of the ice makers worked in any of the houses however each freezer was fully stocked with bags of ice. The house was at the end of a street so it felt private and secluded. It is also across the street from a park which would be great for groups with kids. We used Uber every day to go to various places such as the beach, local casinos, etc. and each Uber was only about 10-15 minutes depending on red lights.10/10 would recommend for large groups looking for a steal of a price!

Summary: Overall we had a great stay the property grounds are amazing the size was unexpected even with the pictures. Buildings are pretty much as described some single villas smelled a bit old but likely due to not having the AC running to circulate fresh air and sinks were slow draining in main and secondary house but these are minor issues and we never contacted the owner to resolve because they were minor and we were on the go for the weekend. Definitely a great location for a guys trip or a family get together. The pool and sitting area are ideal. We will definitely consider renting again if we are visit the area again.

Summary: The compound is as advertised. Centrally located from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Hard Rock Arena. We had 8 friends there for 4 days. Great outdoor area with salt water pool and jacuzzi. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This is not high end living, it's comfortable living for a large group of people. Can easily accommodate 16 people that are ok with sharing a king bed.
