Summary: A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. Thanks Pip for making me feel so welcome.

Summary: This place suited my needs perfectly, it had ample parking and was within a 5 minute walk of the harbour. The owner was lovely and the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked that there were sitting rooms downstairs, a large garden and summer house for guests to use. I will definitely be going back.

Summary: The property is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and pubs. The hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was superb and plentiful.

Summary: It was just an overnight stay with a friend to have a mini break and enjoy Brixham and Dartmouth , go for a walk and swim and eat delicious food

Summary: The hotel is in a great position, only a couple of minutes to walk to the Coastal Path, Marina and into the town. PiP could not have been more helpful, and the room was very nice, with fabulous views.
