Positive: The pictures of the place were accurate and amenities offered were more than what most hotels offered, which included an electric car charging station, bidets with warm water and warm toilet seats, and a laundry room. We were impressed with the stocked kitchen particularly the Nespresso machine, cappuccino/espresso cups and saucers. There were more than enough regular towels including pool towels for my guests and plenty of space. We enjoyed the mini basketball court, mini soccer ball area and mini golf area as well as basking out in the sun over on the hammock or lounge chairs. Overall, we had a great time during our stay.

Negative: This place exceeded our expectations, I would highly recommend this property. Although some may wish it be closer to the strip, I personally liked the privacy it offered as not being too far or close to The Strip.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Negative: Unexpectedly woken up at 8am by leaf blowers in the backyard but only happened one day. Aside from that everything was great.

Positive: Wonderful! The property is well maintained with ample entertainment which made for a really fun experience while on the property. It’s not far from the Las Vegas Strip and is also comfortably located for off-the-strip touring as well. The host Anton maintained good communication before, during, and after the stay.
