Positive: Authentic stay with beautiful people This was such a lovely and authentic experience. The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a relaxed, artistic, reggae-style vibe that makes you feel right at home. They always went the extra mile to make sure I felt looked after, and what I appreciated most was their attitude — whenever something wasn’t perfect, they were quick to help and made sure I was comfortable. If you’re looking not just for accommodation but for a real experience and connection with wonderful Thai people, this is the perfect place. I learned so much and felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I originally planned to stay just one night but ended up extending my stay to ten days I would definitely come back — amazing value for money in Koh Lanta.

Positive: This rustic all wood and bamboo place is super chilled, and the staff are so friendly. There's just a handful of clean fan rooms with a mosquito net. The rooms seem to be a new addition to the bar. Basic, but comfortable room with a dirt floor....But it IS a cheap private room for those who are bored of dormitories. The common bathroom even had a hot shower. Toilet paper and towel supplied. There's a kettle where u can make your own BYO morning drink. Excellent WiFi. It's a bit of a walk from the ferry, but you can easily make it, avoiding the transport sharks, who really are sharks on this island. Excellent place to stay for the right people.

Positive: Very chill vibe, the hosts were adorable, very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The location is convenient and they have scooters to rent, making it easy to explore the island.
Negative: The bar next door was a bit loud for me at night
