Positive: Great service. Easy to check in and out. The room is clean.

Negative: The room was not cleaned. I realized that I needed to put the service sign on, but it was already too late. When I asked for a cleaning, the staff only put the bed sheets up, but did not change them. Also, the food could be a bit fresher. Some of the food seems overcooked or out too long.

Summary: I plan to keep using this hotel. Thanks for the good program.
