Summary: This hotel is in poor repair and was not clean, especially the hallways. The water in the bath tub would not shut off and had been that way for a very long time because the enamel below the spigot was worn away. There was a loud party of kids in the pool area and it did not stop until 11 PM when one of the customers of the hotel confronted the group forcefully. Would not stay there again.

Summary: we never had any room service and the game room and pool area could use a vacuum to pick up some dirt and dust.i am aware they are undergoing renovations but a little tlc would really help with appearence

Summary: The front of the hotel looked bad; like it was closed. But the rooms were clean and the breakfast area and pool were clean and nice.

Summary: I am not over critical with regards to my opinions however Ramada needs an update, the hallways and stairs are badly need of repair and replacement that being said the rooms were clean and well taken care of !! Staff was great along with the breakfast provided !! I would recommend anyone to stay there...despite my negativity!!

Summary: The pool was great! The bed linens were clean. The room was not clean. This hotel needs updates but that usually does not bother me if it is clean and this place is not clean. I did not experience any bugs just dirty.

Summary: We realize we chose a more affordable option and expected it to be a mediocre hotel, but it was terribly unclean and the preview photos on Google were deceiving. The facade is very run down, the halls and stairwells look like they’ve never seen a vacuum, there were dead bugs and someone’s pubes in the bathroom, light fixtures were dangling out of their sockets, and everything seemed to be layered in filth (random splotches and smears on all surfaces). One of our kids said they didn’t feel safe staying there, but we ended up staying and leaving as soon as possible. I think the hotel has potential and we did see it is under new ownership, so we want to give them some grace, but it was truly an uncomfortable experience.

Summary: I booked it on hotel.com and what it shows on their site it’s not what you get. Service was terrible. It was dirty. It was loud and they gave us a key to our room and somebody was already in it.

Summary: The hotel seemed to be rundown. The room had beds but rest of it seemed dirty. Also the bathroom had no shampoo.

Summary: Almost paid $250 for a night. Everything was run down and broken. Light hanging from wall, tv didnt work, carpet coming off stairs, blow dryer didnt work. Only 2 sets of towels in room for a 4 person room. Bathroom still had someones dirty towel and washcloth in it ! They should not be allowed to charge over $100 for the condition of the hotel and room!!
