Summary: Pros: Staff was kind and helpful. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: Rooms and lounge are starting to get run down. Room was dusty/ dirty with cobwebs and stains. Comforters were lumpy. Pool is closed for the summer. Smell outside from the smoking lounge was aweful. Smoke alarm was torn off the wall in the room. Conditioner dispenser didn’t work in shower.

Summary: Beautiful scenery and top notch customer service. Clean but very dated. Pool was closed as well as the live entertainment bar, both of which we were looking forward to. In desperate need of landscaping, updating and painting. Very nice golf courses!

Summary: Hotels.com failed to notify the property about our reservation, but Otesgo club honored our reservation and price. The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday and Monday and the hotel front desk is closed after 4pm. Thru it all I really enjoy staying on this property and would visit again.
