Summary: I was very kindly upgraded to a generously big room. Thank you so much for this. The room was vast well lit. The only drawback were the somewhat rare but annoying water cut, with the pipes spitting mud after this. The breackfast is generous and good, but the coffee could be somewhat better. The restaurant is good. The translation of the menu could be greatly improved if given to a professional translator

Summary: Interior pool looks a bit dull. Some personel don't speak english at all. Fridges are a bit too warm. Breakfast is good, though coffee is slightly mid.i would be ready to pay a bit more for a nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bed rooms are good. Sometimes noise from parties is not filtered out enough. Only good hotel in the surroundings and i believe they know it. Clearly not a 5* hotel. A medium 4* actually.

Summary: I have stayed here before and the sunrise from the rooms and restaurant is beautiful. The staff service and food are also very good.

Summary: This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm and welcoming by any stretch. However the room was good with a balcony and good facities.
