Summary: the location was a distance from the main city centre, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The helpful lady at the reception desk gave me information on the bus to take to the city centre as well as to Samal bus station for Turkistan. Thank you. Breakfast spread was good. the room very spacious and although i didn't get a nice view, the bed was the most comfortable i had slept on on this trip. will definitely stay here again if i am in Shymkent.

Summary: Location is quite a distance from the city centre but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Room is very spacious, nicely decorated in soft earthy colours. The comfiest bed i have slept in!

Summary: It was a cool experience to visit Ramada in Shymkent. The staff was helpful, the room was clean. Due to olur check out time, they even prepared a breakfast for us on our way to go. Thank you for everything.
