Summary: The hotel staff are super friendly! The rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool area.

Summary: The outside looks ran down and not maintained , we were a bit confused as to if we were at the right place at first. Unfortunately The landscaping and outside of the building didnt look cared for , parking lot needs repairs. The actual room itself was fine, it was clean , clean sheets etc and the bathroom was clean too. We only stayed for 1 night. But I will say The staff was very kind to us and helped us with whatever we needed , very nice people. I actually booked a room for the wrong night and they were very accommodating and helped me correct the problem.

Summary: From the minute we drove in, to walking in to the lobby to the elevator- it was awful. The lobby was not inviting. It was dark, the staff wore graphic shirts which didn’t seem professional. The elevator was filthy, the hallways were so uncomfortably warm, even hotter than the heat warning that we were having! The pictures were incredibly deceiving! The one good thing was that the staff was nice. My daughter wouldn’t even shower because the sides of the shower was moldy and gross. This was the first time, I’ve ever reserved thru Hotels.com that the price was unacceptable. They didn’t even have a free breakfast. You had to pay for it. No thank you, not after seeing the way the hotel was, I wasn’t going to trust the food was cooked properly.

Summary: The room smelled bad, the HVAC system didn't work properly. There were dogs barking all 3 nights between 9:30 and 11:00 in the hotel. I don' t think I will stay there if I come back to the race track next year.

Summary: Hot tub was not hot it was cold . The floor needed vacuumed before we even entered the room there was stuff on the floor from previous people that stayed . My son laid on the floor and got a burn on his stomach and his arm and he is in a lot of pain may have to take him to the er because of it.

Summary: Rooms smelled bad. Asked for rooms to be together but ended up down the hall from each other. Staff was friendly. However the pictures online were not accurate. Hot tub never got hot. Definitely not up the the Ramada name. Will look elsewhere next time. Outside security door never locked.
