Positive: The pool was just as pictured and the beds were very comfortable

Negative: They didn’t restock the pool towels, the cleaning crew uses the same elevators as the guests and the elevator is very slow

Positive: I liked the pool and the lobby area

Negative: I had a room with a balcony which I paid extra for, but there was only a couple of plastic chairs and a cheap table out there that were incredibly dusty. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, and with allergy season I didn’t want to go out there. Also, you can just tell that the property is older which is fine, but they need to do touch ups to the paint and interior of the rooms a bit. It was a bit underwhelming for the price I paid. Not to mention all of the fees. It’s ridiculous to have to pay to park at a hotel im already paying to stay at, plus $40 just to check in early?? 3 pm is already a very late check in time, what about people who have events or concerts to go too? I’ve never paid an early check in fee. For those reasons next time I’m in Raleigh, I’m staying somewhere else.

Positive: Very nice hotel.very pretty atmosphere.. the bar was great.

Negative: Wish we could have stayed longer. But due to traveling we only could stay to basically sleep and got to enjoy the var( restaurant) just before they closed. The room didn’t have a microwave that was a down fall and the fridge didn’t have a freezer and wasn’t cold so the food went bad overnight

Summary: Very nice hotel.. but for the amount of time we stayed we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, and the price was a bit high
