Negative: I requested joined rooms, was told that could be done, when I checked in, they had given the joined room to someone else. I was able to stay in the room next door, but they weren’t joined. My kids were in the other room so not getting the joining room made me nervous.

Positive: The front desk and restaurant staff were so kind and personable. This is the only hotel location that I will stay at when in Raleigh. The breakfast buffet is always fresh, plentiful and delicious. The King Suite was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable.
