Summary: システムも設備も充実しており、快適な環境でした。周りの景観はリゾート地ではないので、景色を楽しむことが出来なかったです。アウトレットのための利用なので仕方ありません。たまたまですが、私達は、1階で、2階の利用者が3人の子供連れて、よるも朝もドタバタ音があり、気になりました。それがなければ大変満足です。ありがとうございました。

Summary: 寝具、台所用品、食器など、清潔に管理されていて、清掃も完璧でした。ただ、火気厳禁で花火やBBQ禁止なのが、残念。しかも、電話で確かめたのに、ホットプレートがあるというので、焼き肉の用意をして行ったにも関わらず、現地にはありませんでした。小さな子供達が5人居たので、他人に迷惑をかけるのではないかといつも気を遣っているお嫁ちゃん達が一棟貸しなので、とても、リラックス出来たと喜んでいました。

Summary: 清潔でとても居心地が良かった。ホットプレートがあるとメールで来たので、そのつもりで食材の準備をしまが、実際は無かった。勝浦で海水浴をしてそちらに宿泊したので、洗濯機があって良かった。

Summary: 一泊利用。他人や時間を気にすることもなく、子供がいる家庭にはかなりいい施設だと思う。音の響きなんかも、アパート住まいのようなイメージ。コンビニも近いし不便はゼロ。ただ掃除は行き届いてない感じがあった。トイレのドアに歯磨き粉のあとのような物がこびりついていたし、洗面所の壁は大きなほこりがついてるし、カトラリーケースに食べカスが入ってたり。。。皿なんかはすべて洗ってから使用するけど、なんだかなぁ。リネン類、床はきれいでした。

Summary: コンビニやアウトレットモールが近く、立地はとてもよかったです。ただ、利用時にラップの中身が空っぽでした。そのため仕方なくアルミで対処しました。事前に在庫の有無のチェックをしていただけると助かります。あと特に寒い日だった為か、キッチンのある部屋は暖房をつけても終始寒かったです。特に足元が寒く、寒い日は厚手の靴下が必要です。
