Positive: No problems with wi-fi. Temperature control worked well on a chilly day. Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too large and solid nor too thin and skimpy.

Negative: No desk; just a small round table, without much space on which to work. Armchairs at table too low for comfortable typing; I had to put a pillow on the seat.

Positive: The staff couldn’t understand english well. Couldn’t read my drivers license. The very small tv required a special card we didn’t have. No staff would answer the front desk phone.
