Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Positive: The staff was friendly but the desk is not manned full time which is a frustration when you're traveling on a schedule. Room was spacious.

Negative: Upon arrival, desk was not attended which seemed to suggest safety concerns of having the office unlocked. There were obvious signs of criminal activity, included but not limited to crowbar marks on the door of the room we stayed in. A man was loitering around the parking lot and waited to go up to his room (coincidentally right next to ours) until we were also walking that way. The public stairwells are unsecured and not monitored, very uncomfortable space to be in when it's late and there are men lingering around. Wifi is open and unsecure and performed poorly. Noises travels very easily, water was loud and other guest activity kept us on edge.

Positive: Nice check-in. Good breakfast.

Negative: Juice machine at breakfast wouldn't work. Thought no one was around, but after settling for milk, noticed the old man sitting reading the paper get up and go behind the counter and type on the computer. So, he "works" there and noticed the juice machine wasn't working and did nothing.

Positive: We asked to be on main floor and they fit us in. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the workers were. We didn’t hear them leave in the morning. Breakfast was very good. Second batch of eggs that were made were undercooked and watery. Otherwise a nice selection of choices for breakfast.

Negative: It was all good.
