Rainbows End also offers a great winter escape with skiing at Selwyn Snowfields which is an easy 35-40 minute drive (depending on road conditions). Rainbows End will provide you with warm, comfortable accommodation for your stay with 2 master bedrooms containing a queen size bed, and 2 bedrooms each containing 2 single beds all with electric blankets, doonas and pillows.
The house features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area upstairs with spectacular views over Lake Eucumbene and a large outdoor deck with BBQ. Downstairs includes a large rumpus room with a lounge, TV/DVD, bar fridge, wood fire and pool table.

Summary: We had a fabulous new year break here. The house, views and hot tub were great and we caught heaps of rainbow trout with Mark at Eucumbene Fishing Charters! Gorgeous spot and top house.

Summary: Great location, very easy to communicate with the host. Lovely area with views of the lake and very nice, friendly neighbours. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust and 90% of the dishes and glasses we used had to be cleaned before use as they were filthy. Spa had a lot of sand and dust inside it and the chemicals were far too intense.

Summary: We loved our stay in your property. We would have loved for the sheets/towels to have been provided but we knew they weren't - would have just made packing a little easier and allowed us to relax the moment we arrived instead of making beds etc. the house set up was great for two families.
