Positive: The support via WhatsApp was responsive. After our complaints they cleaned the apartment a little bit and changed the bed linen

Negative: The apartment itself is super won out, bed linen had holes, stains and was peeling so much that it was super scratchy, I had to wear long sleeves and leggings to sleep. Overall apartment looks on the photos much nicer than it actually is.

Summary: It’s not a serviced apartment, it’s a typical air bnb
