Positive: Best homestay we had in Flores. Emanuel was very welcoming and helpful. The room is nice, especially the outdoor bathroom. The pancakes for breakfast were great! The homestay is located a bit outside in a very calm area. Good to relax!

Positive: The property is located right alongside a river with stunning views of greenery all around, it’s a charming block of land also near a local bridge good to watch life go by. It’s such a unique property with a sizeable bedroom and cool semi outdoor bathroom. The owner is such a gentleman he really made sure we were looked after and was very hospitable. Great local knowledge and was able to organise tours for us. Thank you Jhon we’ll definitely stay again!

Positive: Perfect place to discover Moni, Kelimutu and the surrounding area. Here, you are welcomed like a member of the family. The atmosphere is incredible. The room is comfortable and the setting idyllic. Jhon and his team make sure you feel at home. It's the perfect opportunity to learn more about Indonesian culture in Flores, but also to make new friends. Music, barbecues, guided tours... You'll never get bored. I really miss this place already! Thank you to the Rago's homestay team

Positive: We had a great stay here when we visited. The room was as I expected from the photos and there was hot water in the outdoor shower. The garden is nice and you look over the flowing river whilst eating breakfast. Tea/coffee and water is available in the kitchen whenever you want. John was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and he took it upon himself to tell us lots about the local area and culture. The evening food was delicious as was breakfast. We arranged all our transport with him and he picked us up and took us back to the airport as well as to Kelimutu national park for sunrise and to the hot springs. We would highly recommend this homestay when visiting Moni

Positive: The canteen atmosphere was great, with the view to the river. Think the initial owner have a good taste and creativity to build this homestay. But the staff really need to be trained more

Negative: At first, we was offered the old building which is a bit dark and humid with small toilet and ask to move to the new building which is better. But My blanket still stink and the door can't be locked and they only have 1 electricity plug which is a bit a problem to charging gadgets . the toilet is better, open air, full of light and dry. But the toilet was not well cleaned, theres still uncleaned dirt at the bottom of the toilet. In the morning the staff was wake up late and run out of coffee so we didn't get our breakfast.

Negative: The property is very noisy and in need of sound proof. Not only can we hear the loud motorcycles and cars sound from the road, but also the conversation people have next door.

Negative: This is not all quiet in the whole area so nothing particular but you'll manage easily with earplugs.
