Positive: This is an incredible hideaway destination located on the river close to Erawan National Park. Forget all the Instagram couples. Just enjoy the peace and quiet. Kayaking on the river as sunset falls. A food menu with many choices delivered to your riverside table. Breakfast set out like you are kings and queens. Fantastic staff that go way beyond to make this an incredible stay. Thank you.

Positive: The nature, You can open the doors and be in silence, I felt so relaxed there. The location is good if you are visiting the falls. A good place to stop for one night but not more than one night in my opinion

Negative: Breakfast was terrible. beautiful location but the food was awful. No options to choose what you want, considering they have a cafe, you still couldnt order coffee before 9am, no options for bread or croissants etc from the cafe until after 9. The rooms themselves were amazing but everything around the room just felt cheap. Considering the high price of the rooms, Id like to see staff in a uniform and at least some options for breakfast even if not full a la carte

Positive: 1. The beautiful view 2. The beautiful chalet 3. The amenities 4. One of the staff was extremely helpful. He is the driver who drove us to the falls and back. He even drove us to a nearby restaurant for dinner, since there is no grab/taxi available. We were very appreciative of his help. 5. Cafe is beautiful and with a very nice view.

Negative: 1. The kayak is very dirty. It should be cleaned. It is an eye-sore and you dont feel like taking it for a ride. One of the blue kayak is always tilting to one side that made us capsized few times. 2. There is no selection given for breakfast. I dont eat meat/pork, but breakfast comes with these and I piad for breakfast that I cannnot eat. Should give us a choice and best to be served at the cafe. 3. There is no person I could go to, to ask for anything. I had to use booking.com message service or ask someone from the nearby cafe 4. The staff at Raft Erawan cafe cannot / reluctant to answer any of my questions.
