Positive: I didn’t realize this when I booked the cottage but Raduga West is a very nice and pretty new resort community. There is a big restaurant, another takeout restaurant, a convenience store, a huge heated indoor pool with hot tub (for a small fee), a gym, a super nice and large kids playground and sandy beach access. The cottage we stayed in was great. It seems recently renovated, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and large kitchen with seating area. We came late at night and it was cold but the cottage was very warm.

Negative: There are a few applications and dishes so you can cook if you want but there are no seasonings or condiments. Salt and pepper, ketchup and oil would be very nice to supply in the future.

Summary: Great resort for families or couples, clean, comfortable and lots of fun activities available.

Positive: I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Rakhat, the main person in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Additionally, the villa's great location, only 200 meters away from the lake, made it convenient for us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore. I highly recommend Raduga West Apartments to anyone visiting Issyk-kul. Thank you, Mr. Rakhat and Azirek, for your outstanding service!
