Summary: We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed for the day/evening. We look for a hotel with that amenity so we don’t have to venture outside. There was nothing on their website about it. We would not have stayed there if we had known. It is disappointing to have no communication about that until you show up at the property.

Summary: Comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly. Soft pillows. Refreshed bathroom with rainhead shower and wand. One hand towel had small brown spot. Room service food good but cool.

Summary: Pleasant enough hotel and room. Well located on the river park. Only slight problem was they didn’t seem to ever make up our room unless asked.

Summary: Our stay was awesome. We had a true blizzard during our stay. We could walk to everyplace. But the last day roads were so very bad we had to stay another day and they were awesome to us. We stayed in our same room and the price they gave us was great. The restaurant y at the hotel was good. Had a car show in the event center attached to the Hotel. Our rooms were all updated and awesome. New everything.. Stay was awesome. Only thing they probably Could have was another little end table by the chairs only had one between the beds.

Summary: Property is in a great location. Hotel bar and restaurant are great. This stay we were on 7th floor and bed was very very soft and seemed very old. I think the room overall was in need of updates. We were only there for one night so not a huge deal.

Summary: Very strict about check-in time. Got there a little early and not check us in until right at 3 p.m. Had breakfast the next morning. 2 staff sae us waiting by thr desk. Took a couple minutes for them to come and seat us. There was 20 min. left until breakfast was done. I asked if we could still get breakfast. He was not friendly and just said it was getting close to ending so would need to get the order in. Our waitress brought orange juice for my son when I asked for apple juice. It took about 15 minutes to get it. Then we gpt our meal. I asked for ketchup and syrup. She only brought syrup. My husband then asked for butter and ketchup because he got only one piece of dry toast with his meal. She never brought it so he ate it without. She kept coming out with other food, but still never brought it until we were almost done. She took the wrong food to the same table twice, even after they told her the first time they ordered omelets. It took her 3 tries.
