Positive: Huge room, super comfy bed and lovely facilities.
Negative: We didn’t realise we hadn’t booked the breakfast until we’d already had three of them!! Would have been useful if someone at the breakfast check in had told us we hadn’t paid!

Positive: Room very clean and modern. Very comfy bed. Great shower. Ideal location to Central station.
Negative: Rooms clean but not massive. Requested a double bed but ended up with two single beds. For a solo traveller this takes up space in the room that cannot be used. Breakfast selection okay but limited choice compared to other hotels.

Positive: Great location, clean, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.
Negative: Very small room and bathroom. There was not enough space to open luggage. I was alone in the room, I can not imagine 2 people there. In this hotel chain I have always problem with bathroom door closer. I wantbto keep door open into bathroom after taking a shower byt no chance. Door closer is so strong that always closes the door. The same problem I had in the hotel in Budapest. What a stupid Raddisson rule to have door closers in the bathroom? Cancel that your stupid rule. I never had such problems in other hotelsnin Budapest or Graz.

Positive: Hotel room itself was very comfortable and clean, and staff were notably friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast and good without being special or massive choice. Location for Graz Main Railway station is really good, just across the road from the main entrance, and walk into city centre is a straightforward 20 min walk down the road that the hotel is located on.
Negative: Didn't see it highlighted when booking (maybe I missed it), but hotel describes itself as a "Green Hotel" and advises that room cleaning is only done every 3 days or on request, or something to that effect. What this means in practice, for me anyway, was that room towels weren't changed or the beds weren't made up, which I wouldn't have expected from a hotel that sees itself as a high quality product. In other hotels with similar "Green" policies, the towels were changed and the beds made up, whatever about the wider house-cleaning. For me, this turns the Graz Radisson from a 8 or 9 rating to a lower one, as wasn't really very happy coming back to the room after a whole day out to discover it was exactly as I'd left it.
Summary: Very comfortable hotel with great location for Graz main railway station, but with one major niggle.
