Summary: The breakfast was excellent, as were the two meals I had in the linked restaurant (Der Steirer) and the cafe. The location is brilliant' convenient for the free tram and very close to walk to the Aldstadt too. The mattress was very comfortable - but the pillows were way too soft. I was given firmer ones, but these were like bricks - so introducing an option in between would be great. All staff very polite and helpful.

Summary: Centrally located old-style hotel. Personnel is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Bathroom is a bit small and some room features might need renovation. No coffee machine nor included water in the room are a minus.

Summary: The carpet in the room was super dirty and I came with a little toddler. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the room. And yes, we did notify the reception. Really disappointing stay to be honest.

Summary: Two friends traveling from Greece visited Graz and Ljubljana for the first time, and we stayed at Hotel Weitzer. The room was spacious and clean, and overall our stay was very pleasant. But what truly made the difference was the night manager/receptionist, Adel. He was exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful — he really did everything he could to assist us, always with professionalism and a great attitude. We thank him deeply for making our stay even better. We will definitely return, as Graz deserves a bit more exploration. Anna, Panagiota
