Summary: Clean and well appointed room. No obvious signs of wear and tear. Bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure and stable temperature.

Summary: we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)

Summary: The room was really nice. However the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted to less than 24 degrees over the night. In addition the check-in was extremely slow, they were 3 people with 2 workstations. However only one was working. In addition to this, the person was very slow and people were cutting in line without the reception saying something. Meaning I had to step in even though I was extremely tired.
