Summary: Very noisy and lots of disturbance. Music player in the hotel so loud it shook the room in the evening and we couldn't sleep. Deputy manager didn't offer an apology, solution or compensation. In the morning building work and hammering from 6am. Certainly wasn't up to 5 star standard level of service or comfort, for >£100 per night!

Summary: Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. We were lucky to have a room with a Taj Mahal view (though I had booked a standard room only ). Breakfast was excellent with local delicacies such as bedai, jalebi and parathas. All the staff in the hotel were very attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I’d especially like to call out Sachin, the chef who specially brought us Rabri and jalebi when I casually chatted with him about the local food! He also prepared a special chaat for us to taste and all of this with a big smile! A true example of Atithi Devo Bhava. If you are in Agra, stay at the Radisson!
