Summary: Spacious rooms, decent breakfast, mostly helpful staff (especially Pareen at the travel desk). Wifi was quite terrible (as in cant even check emails) - had we known, we would have booked another place. Also, front desk repeatedly dropped the ball on our requests fir toiletries.

Summary: A large hotel which is showing some signs of aging. The rooms and public areas were all clean but are just starting to look a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner were ok. Lower quality ingredients compared to other 5 star hotels visited on the same trip to India. The coffee was poor. The staff were all lovely. Check-in was good. Main lobby area is nice.

Summary: Overall a nice pleasant place but somewhat lacked in service. Booked a room for 3 adults but the towels were provided only for two. Called the service desk to request another set and they said it will be sent to the room but they never did! Strange for a five star place! Two of the four plug points for charging didn’t work. Nice breakfast spread but wasn’t easy to get someone’s attention to get tea or coffee.
