Summary: I’ve stayed here before and always had a good stay. This time, room wasn’t cleaned once in 5 days, by the end the small garbage can was full and I was out of everything from napkins to towels. I could hear the maids as they woke me up early in the morning cleaning other rooms very loudly, but apparently by noon there’s no one in the hotel left to serve rooms. Room was also very cold. Spa is great.

Summary: Staff were great, room was wonderful, hotel is very classy. We had an issue with noisy neighbours at night (not the fault of the hotel). Once informed the staff resolved this very efficiently.
