Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Hotel in Akyarlar, Bodrum and would happily come back again. The hotel is in a really nice spot peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach and only a short drive to other places around the peninsula.Our room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony where we could sit in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and everything felt well looked after. One of the best parts of the stay was the staff always smiling, polite, and helpful. You could tell they really cared about guests having a great time.

Positive: The room and view are great. The spa and breakfast are not 5 star hotel :(

Negative: The service is very questionable for 5 stars hotel. We had to call for many reasons. We didn’t have hair dryer in the room and it took them so long to bring it. Our room wasn’t clean many mornings and it was very uncomfortable as we were staying with the kid and one of the reasons to choose hotel was a cleaning service which should simply daily routine. There were many other issues as well.

Positive: The whole experience was excellent. Special mention for the excellent staff and services from the checkin to the breakfast services.

Negative: Location is a bit out of town, however, as it was the off-season, commuting was not an issue, plus many things to do within the hotel in a relatively warmer climate.

Summary: It may be a little out of the way, but the great service and attentive staff make it well worth it.

Positive: Elena and her team are extremely friendly and sweet! 10 out of 10 for the services! Easy parking. Breakfast was good, we had lunch in the hotel as well which was extremely nice! Hotel is right at the sea, no private beach, the sun bed at the beach were open to public, but we went in a quiet season, it wasn’t many people around. By saying that, not much to do around, most shops are closed, but that makes the walk around the bay very peaceful, view is stunning! Spa and gym with heated indoor swimming pool was defo a plus! We spend the day in the hotel, eating, drinking, relaxing and recharging! Room was very nice spacious and clean. WiFi was very strong.

Negative: Nothing, everything is prefect!

Positive: Everything was great! Elena the relationship manager greeted us on arrival & made our stay very warm and comfortable as we were here to celebrate a very special occasion- our babymoon. We were in the suite facing the ocean which was absolutely fantastic & would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back again!!
