Positive: Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very good breakfast and great location

Negative: Shower not great and unfortunately our visit coincided with extensive external works meaning the main terrace was inaccessible. Disappointed in the swimming pool, sauna etc.

Summary: Generally very good. Would stay here again.

Positive: The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress and pillows. The staff were polite and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular. It's in a good central location although local road/ building works meant a few detours.

Negative: We were pre warned that the hotel would have scaffolding up. We were definitely not told that it was covered in plastic sheeting which completely obscured any view from the dining area and no access to the terrace except for a very small area. I felt this was disingenuous of the hotel and I definitely would not have booked the hotel had I known. It was very gloomy inside.

Positive: Lovely hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great leisure facilities. Reasonable choice at breakfast. Good quality food in restaurant, which was well cooked and presented. Accessible rooms met the needs of my elderly parents who were travelling with us.

Negative: Some items on the breakfast buffet could have been warmer. Would have been nice to have more local seafood options on restaurant al a carte menu. Ongoing maintenance works .... But to be fair this was well advertised on website and we were made aware ahead of booking. Staff went out of their way to minimise disruption.
