Positive: The instructions with Jade were very clear. The keys were very easy to find. We enjoyed the proximity to center st a Helier and the natural pool.
Negative: The sunset room was very small but clean. Very tight for 2 adults and suitcases. The toilets seat needed to be repaired. The common area were ok, very narrow. I think the appartments would be a better choice.

Positive: The sunshine suite is exceptionally clean, comfy and light. A nice quiet back room too, so no traffic noise. All the shared facilities are equally clean and tidy and we loved the location, next to the huge beach and lido. Great restaurant recommendations from Eden House too. We wish we had stayed a couple more nights !

Positive: The apartment was lovely. Great location by the beach. It had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view from the 1 bed flat oriel window. No 1 Bus 2 mins down the road into the main terminal or 15 min walk. Owners were extremely helpful and responded quickly to questions I had before we arrived. I would 100% go back.
Negative: Be prepared for the wake-up call from the seagulls. Otherwise prefect.

Positive: Lovely property with everything you needed and more. Loved the outdoor area with the sparkly lights and the heat lamps. Perfect for a cheeky glass of wine in the evening. Great location - 5-10 mins walk to the centre & just down the road from the lido if you are brave enough to try the cold water.
Negative: Nothing.

Negative: Not the accommodations fat, but bear in mind that if you are in a ground floor room, not everyone is considerate when they go in and out. The Beach Suite is right next to the entrance. It wasn't too much of issue for us, but I'm mentioning it for information.

Positive: Comfortable and quiet. Kitchen equipment perfect. Ideally located. Having breakfast or dinner in the garden with the songs of the birds is a wondeful experience. In front of the seaside (sea swimming pool) and the bus station (15 mn from Liberation Bus Station). 2 food stores very close to the guesthouse.
Negative: I was surprised to receive a reminder to check-out on the wrong date. Furthermore there is no locked safe box in the suite.
