Positive: The reception area is very cozy, and the hotel is a good size—not too small and not too big. The spa is nice, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is great, with a very short walk to the beach and the newly opened Žnjan promenade. The upgraded rooms are also very nice.

Negative: Nothing major in particular. However, I feel that further investment in improvements would be beneficial. The older, non-upgraded rooms need renovation, some exterior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the landscaping around the hotel could be better maintained. The spa facilities could also use a bit more maintenance. Additionally, there is an abandoned building right next to the property overlooking the outdoor pool, which significantly affects the view. For a 5-star hotel, this is disappointing, and the hotel should take whatever steps are possible to address it—whether through renovation, maintenance, or other solutions.

Positive: - Friendly staff at the breakfast - good breakfast options - little Christmas presents for my son - nice view at least for one room

Negative: - felt outdated - flickering bulbs in the room - loose stuff in the bathroom /bathtub - room service was forgotten a few days - room service forgot to fill up and didn't clean properly - parking was a nightmare as there are just not enough slots on some days - you get charged for parking even if you don't find a spot and leave the garage immediately - electric car charging is nice and free but with two chargers just not enough - desk lamb needs to be requested - windows were dirty - on checkout very slow and not even being asked about the stay

Summary: Could be better / feels like a four star hotel only
