Positive: Absolutely everything :) The apartment is new and beautiful, fully stocked, equipped and clean. The parking space is very comfortable, the building is secure and well maintained. Davorka ( the host ) went over and beyond, we were thrilled. We couldn’t be happier, wished to stay longer:) We’ll be back for sure :)

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was simply perfect. The apartment is just 1 minute from the beach, with several private parking areas, very well oriented, and offering spectacular sea views. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped — you can really tell it’s maintained with care and attention to detail. Getting to the city center is super easy: Uber or taxis are always available, the ride takes about 8 minutes, and costs around €5 each way. And most importantly, Davorka is an exceptional host — kind, generous, and always ready to help with anything. She welcomed us as if we were part of her family, and that’s exactly how we felt throughout our stay. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your hospitality and for making us feel at home. You’ll always have a family waiting for you in Spain 🇪🇸❤️ We recommend it 100% — we would definitely come back! 🙌

Positive: Location and the facilities were exceptional. The host welcomed us into the property and showed us around the apartment. We had 3 beds and 2 large rooms. The kitchen was fantastic and fresh beach towels and bath towels. Only a 200m stroll to a beautiful beach. Outstanding apartment and location.

Positive: Amazing! The host and rental both exceeded our expectations. HOST: The host met us with the warmest hospitality upon arrival. She provided us with complimentary local foods and treats in the kitchen. It was a delightful surprise! Everything tasted wonderful. She is a Split local, so a perfect source of knowledge and advice about the area. She made check in smooth and easy! RENTAL APARTMENT: The apartment was spotless, very clean! It had everything we needed and all in mint condition. It is exactly as advertised and pictured. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. If we go back to Split, we will rent here again.

Positive: The householder is a wonderful lady who would take really good care of all the guests. Every single detail is told before arrival and the apartment is well equipped and very clean. Parking is convenient and free. The view of the dinning room is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again!
