Positive: Davorka is very kind to us. She rendered help the 1st day our schedule was messed up due to flight cancellation. We were welcomed by a homemade cheese platter as well! She was prompt replying our messages and the house is spick and span which makes our stay very comfortable!

Positive: Davorka creates a home away from home . It was the best equipped residence we've stayed at on a month long road trip. The apartment is minutes from the sea and we actually walked from the apartment to Split old town, along a route that , for the most part, follows the shore-- a beautiful walk. Parking was such a plus-- options both underground and in a reserved space at ground level as well. The apartment was spotlessly clean, appliances all worked perfectly. Thank you Davorka -- your warmth, your hospitality, your snacks in the fridge (!) everything was the best. It was truly a pleasure to meet you !

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was simply perfect. The apartment is just 1 minute from the beach, with several private parking areas, very well oriented, and offering spectacular sea views. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped — you can really tell it’s maintained with care and attention to detail. Getting to the city center is super easy: Uber or taxis are always available, the ride takes about 8 minutes, and costs around €5 each way. And most importantly, Davorka is an exceptional host — kind, generous, and always ready to help with anything. She welcomed us as if we were part of her family, and that’s exactly how we felt throughout our stay. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your hospitality and for making us feel at home. You’ll always have a family waiting for you in Spain 🇪🇸❤️ We recommend it 100% — we would definitely come back! 🙌

The kitchen was fantastic and fresh beach towels and bath towels. Only a 200m stroll to a beautiful beach. Outstanding apartment and location.

Positive: Amazing! The host and rental both exceeded our expectations. HOST: The host met us with the warmest hospitality upon arrival. She provided us with complimentary local foods and treats in the kitchen. It was a delightful surprise! Everything tasted wonderful. She is a Split local, so a perfect source of knowledge and advice about the area. She made check in smooth and easy! RENTAL APARTMENT: The apartment was spotless, very clean! It had everything we needed and all in mint condition. It is exactly as advertised and pictured. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. If we go back to Split, we will rent here again.
