Positive: Check in nd check out process was fast, idr services were good and ofcourse minibar yum. Room was very clean and yeah everything was very perfect.

Negative: I know that it was not their department but the person who came in our room at night for delivering of dine in services we told him that our tv and ac was not working properly, he tried to solve it but unable so he said that he will send a person within mins but till the time we were there no one came ..nd secondly the amenities in washroom like bottles of soap and body wash were emptied, I think it should be checked regularly nd it happened second time with us.
